Deilig og sunn mat og drikke

Without food and drink, the hero is no good.

Not long ago I started living a healthier life. (I haven't had a very unhealthy life either, but healthier this time). In the picture you can see some of the food I eat and what I drink. There are many reasons why I have started this. The most important thing is that it improves both internal and external health and that is a good reason to do this. In addition, you have the opportunity to take more trips out and enjoy the trips even more by staying in good physical shape.

I'm not extremely concerned with healthy food being 100% right at all times, so here I would recommend food that is good and wholesome both at home and on the go, and that is good food with slightly fewer calories than all the other good but unhealthy things out there.

Some of my healthy food:

Salad with various vegetables with and without added chicken, etc. Salt can be used for many things and eaten alone.

Fruit: Max three per day due to fruit sugar

Cooked and raw vegetables

Yogurt with different flavors mixed with muesli, oatmeal and berries and chia seeds etc.

Coarse crispbread and/or coarse slices with cottage cheese and/or regular toppings.

Weekend snacks: 30% less fat potato chips and almonds to help you feel full faster. Almonds or other nuts are also great when you feel a craving for something to eat between meals during the week.

For drinks, I mostly drink water, where I get to use my nice, big bottles.

The blue-green milk with several vitamins is also great to drink neat or by mixing it with, for example, NuSkin's protein powder. Here you can also mix and tweak different ingredients a little to get a slightly varied taste.

Below you will find links to 7 great breakfasts you can make with oatmeal, cooking and drinking products, and shake powder from NuSkin.
