Shipping and delivery

Unique tour products use both foreign and Norwegian suppliers and I will have some of the products available in stock at home and if it is in stock in Norway it will be stated in the product description. It will also be stated under the product description how long the product takes to send.

The suppliers from abroad will have the product in stock and send it to you. Most products have a delivery time of a total of one to two weeks, but delays may occur. If you order from several suppliers at the same time, the goods are not sent from the same warehouse, so you can expect to receive two or three packages at different times, but often they are sent together and within a couple of weeks all the packages should be with you.

The products will be sent within two days and it will take one to two weeks before the products are delivered to you who live in Norway.

Only sends to Norway yet.

There will be free shipping for all products.

Customs:

For products under NOK 3,000 you do not have to pay customs duty. If there are suddenly customs duties, let me know and you will get the money refunded by showing a receipt.

In Norway:

For the goods that I have available in the store in Norway, I use Posten, Bring and DHL Express as shipping suppliers. I process most orders within the same day, or one working day. I send out packages by post every working day so that you receive the package as soon as possible.

Normal delivery time for those packages is 1-5 working days, regardless of where in the country you live. All packages are traceable, regardless of delivery method.

All packages from my warehouse will have a fixed fixed price. It will be NOK 59.

Delivery time: 2-5 days.

Certain products can and are picked up at Harhauggata 25 A, 6006 Ålesund (at my warehouse at home).

When shipping is to be added at checkout, there are two choices. Free shipping from for all products from abroad and a fixed shipping price of NOK 59 from Norway. All products that are available in Norway will be listed in the product description and shipping is NOK 59 regardless of how many products you want.

The customer's responsibility for the correct address and for picking up their package

It is the customer's own responsibility to write the correct address. The customer must check whether the address is correct when checking out and paying. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address after the order has been placed, as the orders are packed early the next working day.

If the package does not fit in the letterbox, it will be sent to the nearest collection point, and a collection notice will be sent out. The package must be collected within 14 days from the delivery point, after which the goods will be returned. You must collect the package even if you are going to make use of the right of return.

Packages that are not picked up

Packages sent via Bring, Posten or DHL and not collected within the deadline will be returned to me. For all orders that are not picked up, I reserve the right to invoice costs for return shipping.
